How do I run neo geo cd games on the psp

I'm trying to run Samurai Showdown 4 on the psp with the neo geo cd emulator but I keep on getting this
Checking game ID...
Loading "neocd.bin"
File not found "000-lo.lo"
Can someone help me I got the bios but what am I missing.:(
