I'm a Zodiac user, but am wondering whether to get a PSP or GP2X with a specific requirement of running ZX81's port of SimCoupe.
The reason : I'm rewriting a text-based american football program I marketed in the UK for the speccie in the 80s, into SAM, taking advantage of the much bigger RAM.
I've got the program running on SimCoupe on the PC, and I'd like to have it on a handheld. However, I'm worried I could go to the bother of buying a PSP/GP2X, and find out that as the program is text orientated and needs keyboard input, it just won't be workable on the smaller screen.
So I'm lookign for someone who would be willing to test my program on the simcoupe using ZX81s port on either psp or gp2x.
Anyone out there willing to help. http://www.bestsf.net/endzone shows the speccie software.
