Moscow's 1C Company has acquired fellow Russian developer Ino-Co, the team behind Star Wolves and Fantasy Wars.
The studio, renamed 1C: Ino-Co, is now working on Fantasy Wars sequel Elven Legacy, due for release in 2008 as well as two other projects.
As well as a development portfolio that includes the IL-2 Sturmovik, Pacific Fighters and Theatre of War titles, 1C also has a PC publishing division based in Prague.
