File Uploading and Downloading Fixed

Hi all been a rough few days posting news and having to offsite link everything or worser still upload to horrid free download sites but we are now back in operation, all uploading and downloading is now back to normal.

I still have problems accessing FTP and Plesk but that doesnt affect the forums and most of all any developers who wish to release their emulators or homebrew on the DCEmu Network.

Remember any and all homebrew and emulation news in WIP news can be submitted to our Submit New Forum (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=117) and then moved to the News forum to which category it belongs.

You fixed the file upload feature? That's great, now we don't have to link off site and stuff can be downloaded right from here again. Hope you manage to get round the ongoing FTP access problem.
