New version of the video plugin (https://ricevideo.bountysource.com/downloads) for Nintendo 64 emulators.

Changelog:

* New: Added HQ/LQXxS post processing filters
* Updated: 64x and 32x scaling factors are now useable.

Awesome, thanks for the update! ^_^I've been building an HTPC/emulation pc lately and trying to track down/keep up with all the releases and the best plugins for N64 emulation. ^^
