is there anyway to go back to ofw after installing, oh say fwnitro?

I believe FWNitro comes with an uninstaller, but I don't know if it will work for you. In the past, FWNitro only supported the GBAMP CF, though I don't know if it's been updated to work with more devices. Be careful not to end up with a firmware that can't read from your card to run the uninstaller.
