M3 perfect bundle old ds HELP!

Hi,

Im in a bit of a problem. Ive have ordered the M3 perfect bundle with the slot 2 cards but not realsing that the cards wont fit in an original ds. I have spent all day trying to find a solution and im still confused. Someone has said it could be possible to slot the ram expansion/rumble card into a action replay/xploder cheat cartridge for the gba. Does anyone know if this works. Im really new to Ds modding an really need help. Does anyone have any solutions for me. I really do not want to change to a ds lite :(

Ok lil addtion to what I said. All I want the slot 2 is for the ram expansion to run homebrew apps like the upcoming quake 2 an various other ports. I read that xploder does not work with flashcards but is this the same with just a ram expansion. I ordered a 4gb sd for the M3 real perfect bundle. Any help people:(?

you could try it with an old GBA game cartridge you don't play anymore
