View Full Version : Smash Bros. 4 3DS screenshot reveals Animal Crossing stage

A new Smash Bros. 4 screenshot has revealed that the 3DS version will feature a stage set on the tropical island of the latest 3DS title, Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
This is the latest stage to be confirmed for the portable title, and comes after the prior revelation of the Animal Crossing stage in the Wii U version of the game, which differs greatly from the 3DS stage seen below.

The games have not yet been given release dates, though they are expected to launch in 2014.
Nintendo recently revealed that King Dedede (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/444648/king-dedede-confirmed-for-smash-bros-4/) will be returning as a playable character in the game.
Other confirmed characters include Capcom's Mega Man and Animal Crossing's Villager (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/412831/super-smash-bros-trailer-confirms-2014-release/) and Wii Fit Trainer (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/413141/wii-fit-trainer-to-star-in-smash-bros-4-trailer/), as well as Rosalina and Luma (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/442965/rosalina-confirmed-for-smash-bros-wii-u/)from Super Mario Galaxy.
