PPSSPP Git (2014/03/09) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Update native with slightly more robust ES 3.0 version check.
* Stub the rest of the known sceAudioCodec functions.
* Fix a warning, rename some parameters, etc.
