AHHHH. i fckd up. when i flash the wrong fw theme i replaced it and was too impatient so i thought it was screwed so i formated the flash one by using the option at the bottom of the advanced in rec mode and now when i start it up it loads normal but gives me the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH a half second after loading the original xmb i need help asap!

why did you use that, it has nothing to do with it

Did you made a backup from the files before flashing, if so, try to restore them

Also, wich firmware are you on?

Ok do not press O to restore settings because you have corrupted the partion in your nand cos when you flash themes they dont go in flash1 they go in flash0 and you will need to use despetar cementario v3 to recover it, read the following.

i did this to one of my slims, couldent really fix it all the way...psp booted with screen off, wouldent read umds, occasionally made loud humming...sorta sold it on ebay and put 50 dollars in for a new one

was that necessary, i messed my flash with a theme, the backup didnt work, so i formatted the flash0 drive(i was feeling stupid), called my mate round and we pandora'd it :P i didnt run 2 ebay... :p

i got it all worked out with some helpful searching. i got some good themes and now i know what to do. so if u get the same problem just pm me.http://www.consolespot.net/index.php?network=xmb has the most and best themes and i have one on my 3.80M33-4
