I have published the MasterGear-Android 2.9.2 update, fixing screen edge artifacts and adding Cheatopedia cheats for 32 more games:

Fixed left/top edge artefacts with accelerated video enabled.
Switched to the newest NDK and compiler toolchain.
Added 32 more games to the Cheatopedia.
Added Ninja Gaiden cheats to the Cheatopedia.
Added Penguin Land cheats to the Cheatopedia.
Added Psycho Fox cheats to the Cheatopedia.
Added Quartet cheats to the Cheatopedia.
Added R-Type cheats to the Cheatopedia.
Added Rainbow Islands cheats to the Cheatopedia.
Added Rygar cheats to the Cheatopedia.
