best.. homebrew game? thoes are both roms that go on emulators.

Homebrew means that the games were created for the platform. both mario and metal slug are both commercial.

homebrew is all over the place for gba, gp32, DC, Xbox, PS2, and even some for GC. I reccomend you look into pdroms.com for a really large list of homebrew stuff for all types of consoles new and old.
