Using the touchscreen, players must link together three or more runes of the same color to form a chain and attack their opponent; the more runes you link, the more damaging the attack.

Should you manage to form three or more chains, you can play a card. These cards have a variety of effects, such as reducing the damage you take or increasing the damage you deal. Your cards can also have relationships with other cards in your deck, which can boost their power even further.
