Goomba Color 1-13-2008 - Gameboy Colour Emulator for GBA (DS)

DWEdit (http://boards.pocketheaven.com/viewtopic.php?p=47770#47770) has released a new version of the excellent Gameboy Colour Emulator for the GBA(and DS).

Heres the release info:


New version of Goomba Color! Just bugfixes if you were using the WIP versions, but major changes if you were stuck using Alpha 6.

*Finally fixed the problems with extra layers going out of sync (notably the bug where it takes out screen border)
*Lots of other little changes

Other notable bugs fixed:
* When a rom does a repeated stack push crash (such as recursively executing RST instructions), it no longer corrupts the emulator's memory.
* No longer uses NES-style sprite-bg priority, because a GB is not a NES.

Hope this works on gpsphone. Older versions always crashed.

What's major about this release is that it works when compiled in GCC, not just the official ARM SDT. What's so special about that? Well for one thing, it means that it can finally be ported to the DS, and Dwedit's working on doing just that right now! yeah ive been reading about his porting of the code to GCC and was gonna make a post but im no devver and it would sound crappy if i got it wrong so i didnt :P

I never like to be without my original GB mono Tetris - cart is still going after 17 years of ownership :o)

No disrespect to the devs, but I was first in the queue for the new DS Tetris and I've had it in my DS maybe twice...

GB/GBC FTW!!! (Wow, I'm getting "down with the kids" now!)
