Web Browser Code?

I think I may have found a beginning to the code for the 2.00 web browser or possibly the url search bar. the code is
urlBC just a thought. oh by the way this code is located at the byte
2EFE then look around in the text view to find it.

those are codes, but you need to show the wierd symbols probaply cause they are encoded.
