Hey guys,

Just tried out the new SNES9x (y31) and I tried adding in a Game Genie code for EVO Search for Eden. This is what it returns:

"Failed to add Game Genie(tm) code. Invalid address."

I tried using these GG codes...

C96E-07FB Protection from most hazards
DD60-D18B Food replenishes HP to full
D566-A7F8 Less damage from stronger creatures
C964-A726 Horn never breaks
EEDA-F356 Max Bite Power
EEDA-F386 Max Strength
EEDA-F3E6 Max Kick Power
EEDA-FE76 Max Strike Power
EEDA-FE56 Max Horn Power
**DA-FEE6 Max Def (This code will change the defense by changing the first two digits of the code, not any of the other digits)
EED2-FA76 255 Agility (Careful, you can go way too fast)
EED2-FA56 255 Jump Agility (Careful, you can jump way too high)

not sure if I should use Action Replay? I dunno..just wanna get a few helpful cheats to go with.

Has anyone else experienced this, or better yet, know of a fix?

Thanks in advance guys,

scar

UPDATE: OK i figured it out. I used the normal HEX codes to cheat and it worked. I guess teh Game Genie translator to HEX in the emulator might have a problem...anyways, these codes worked for me:

7E00D2FF:EVO.P
7E00D3FF:EVO.P
7E00D4FF:EVO.P

7E00C599:Max out current HP
7E00C609:Max out current HP
7E00C799:Max out maximum HP
7E00C809:Max out maximum HP
7E00C963:Max Biting
7E00CA63:Max strength
7E00CB63:Max kick
7E00CC63:Max strike
7E00CD63:Max horn attack
7E00CF63:Defense power
7E00D0XX:Agility
7E00D1XX:Jumping ability

The game genie support is bugged. I tried to load multiple game genie codes on multiple games and absolutely every single one of them came back invalid, and btw I did use the gamegenie.com codes.

Where can I find the HEX codes?
