Noob Question About emulators on DS

I am fairly technologicallly literate, but am completely new to emulation stuff. I've run emulators on PCs and stuff before but after finding this site I'm hoping to run emulators off of my DS.

I've searched this site and looked for F.A.Q.s, and I'm either blind or they dont exist. My question is what exactly do I need to get started? Do I need something like the 'NeoFlash DS Flash Cart' or the 'XG2Turbo 512 Mo' or something else to run emulated games? I'm particularly interested in the ScummVM DS emulator, SnesDS emulator, and Nester DS emulator. Could someone please let me know what I would need to do to use these?

You wont need to buy the NeoFlash kit to play these emulators.. the only thing you need, will be a standart GBA flashcard, and a Passme/Wifime... I would recommend the Wifime method though..
