Installation:

Copy to PSP/GAME

Make sure your GAME folder is on teh Kernel of your current FW.

Analog nub: look
Triangle: Move Forward
Square: Move Right
Circle: Move Left
Cross: Move Backward
LTrigger: Jump
RTrigger: Attack
Select: Scores
LeftArrow: Buy Menu

DownArrow: Zoom with sniper rifles

I'm having a problem for when i start a game. A : I start with no money so i can't buy weapons and B : When i try and walk around its almost like im "floating" when i try and walk around. I don't fall off of cliffs or anything just keep walking straight. This game looks pretty sweet so i wanna enjoy it :D

You havn't specified a team yet. What you need to do is press right on the dpad and go down to select team. Choose a character on either side. After exiting by pressing O you should now be wielding a knife. To get money press down on the dpad and it should add $44 to your character. Note that when playing against people in adhoc or infastructure you have to kill your oponent to get money. They drop $50 and you have to walk over it. I'm assuming you know how to buy weapons because you said you couldn't because you have no money. Hope this helps.
