Podcast Hosting

Does anyone know of a site that would allow free podcast hosting? A site that would give a direct download link, and not some stupid wait 10 seconds for it to appear deal? Since its free their probably won't be alot of space given, im guessing 50MB or so.

http://www.libsyn.com has hosting for $5 per month, but if you want to upload 50MB I would suggest you use a FREE file storage site like http://www.fileden.com/ or a web hos like bravehost (which on bravehost you will get a site).
