could you please please please make a GBA emulator for DS that actually works onthe R4 and if so how long well it take???

Just get a EZ-V 3in1 expansion pack. Nobody's going to waste their time making a software GBA emulator that won't run at full speed when the DS already has 100% capable hardware emulation as it is.
