Do you have a psp???
Have you ever installed any homebrew???

Obviously you drag and drop the folder, unless you have a 1.5 then use a tool.

Thats WAY out of date, thats for the OLD KEI program that was in spanish. goto the link I provided and download SEI (much better and in english), then look for a guide on using that, it had a helpfull README that will cover most things, ask me anything you don't understand.

yes, use that for all homebrew on a 1.5 or 1.0. Its the best one out now by far.
