I`ve been out of the psp for a while...my ? is can u play homebrew games and emus. on a 3.90

No, you need a custom firmware

ok i forgot how to do any of it...do i still need a game to do home brew...what do i need to get started..i am still new at this

1. A memstick converted to despertar cementario v3 or v4, or normal pandora if using a fat.

2. A battery converted to a pandora battery.

3. A psp running custom firmware to make the above.

4. If no psp on custom, A datel tool battery and a pandora easy installer GUI (just google one there are a few).

If it's official firmware, you will need to use Pandora's battery to get custom firmware on your console. To make it, you would need at least a PSP capable of running homebrew and a spare battery. If you prehaps know someone that has a homebre compatible PSP, maybe ask them to make a pandora's battery for you. If that's not possible, you could try looking on the Internet about buying this Tool battery...

i now have 3.71 m33 v4 on my psps now what do i do to play homebrew on them like nes,gen and snes,,and if possible ps1

You could just leave it at 3.71m33 for now and most emu's will work if you have a fat psp with the 1.50 kernel installed, and popsloader (a ps1 emu) is built in to custom firmware so no problems there either.
