2D Halo for PSP?

I was just wondering if its possible for someone to convert the 2d Halo game, HALO: Blood Covenant for PSP?

Really? I just now played Blood Covenant....where can I get Zero?

I noticed something interesting in the Blood Covenant readme file...


The primary objective of the project is to test its potentiality for the actual 16/32 bit platforms and mobile
gaming, not to show the final product.

I wonder what they mean by that.....
