i have a question to all these "face plates", im not sure what they are, so my question is: do these things include a new display-glass, because mine has thousands of scratches in it, and i'd like to remove them and i thought of buying one of those.

so im not sure how you use these face plates, do you exchange the front of the psp with taking the original off or do you just put these plates on the original psp, or how does this work?

the face plate incl the screen mould.
remove the old one (sumthin like 7 screws from the back), take the analog out from the back of old face plate. put analog onto new one & install it back to PSP. discard ur old one. ^_^

Yes, they include the "display-glass" as you call it. There are several guides on the net on how to replace it. I recommend you buy one from Divineo as they sell the official faceplate manufactered by Sony (aka OEM).
