-Description-

Golden Axe Remake is an enhanced version of the arcade original. This game was initially made for Windows by Chinese OpenBoR coder utunnels (http://www.squarecn.com/ff/hotshow.asp?owner=A220&ID=1646377).

utunnels (http://www.squarecn.com/ff/hotshow.asp?owner=A220&ID=1646377) also helped a great deal with the Dreamcast version. He vastly optimized the script language in OpenBoR and did many other engine related code optimizations to allow the game to run on the Dreamcast's 200Mhz CPU and 16Mbyte RAM. (In the future we will use the DC's 8Mbyte Video RAM and 2 Mbyte Sound RAM too! )

My part in this release were the RAM related optimizations to the mod itself. I also recorded the music.

There were problems with the previous download but it seems I got it working: The problem was FireFTP!

I uploaded it using Windows Explorer now and it seems it worked fine as the file size finally is correct this time.

How can I play this game on NullDC?
I mount disc in Alcohol 120%, but windows and emulator don't see it...
IsoBuster can't see any file on disc.

Is whether a possibility to read disc on PC?

This won't work in NullDC as far as I know.

I burned this Game with Discjuggler and it didn't work on my Dreamcast?

It should work. - Try Alcohol120% or BootDreams instead of DiscJuggler.

Well I tried those Programs and I burned the image and whenever I put it in my Dreamcast, It goes straight to the main menu.


What Settings did you use with either Alcohol 120% or Bootdreams????

I use RAW DAO mode in Alcohol120% and usually burn at 4x, 8x, or 16x.

- Have you burned other games to CD-R successfully in the past ?

yeah and I usually set it for Raw DAO but I didn't burn with Golden Axe but i'm gonna try it now.
