You can get a SanDisk 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo card at newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820171311) for $92. Shipping was like $5 for 2-3 Day Ground, and mine came in 2 days!

I bought one the other day and it pwns.

osgeld is right, sandisk cards are faster compared to sony ones in every test (and bit of personal experience) I have seen .

The only sandisk cards that are almost as slow as the sony ones are the 'gaming' (fluro colour) ones. They use MLC flash instead of SLC.
If the speed comparison is anything to go by and the sony cards use MLC also, then they are not only slower but also have about an order of magnitude lower life expectancy.
