well iīd like to connect to xbox live but my PC is too far from my room to connect via cable, and the wireless adapter for the xbox is a bit expensive, is there some sort of program that allows me to use my PSPīs wifi as the wireless adapter itself?

Theoretically you could, by hooking up the Xbox to the PSP and running it through a Ad hoc. Can't really tell your for certain.

the problem is when you connect the PSP to a PC the PC only detects it in USB mode, and when you do that the PSP becomes nothing more than an oversized pen, i need something that will allow me to connect it to the 360 and the net at the same time

No, you can't. Just get the wireless adapter.
