CNReader 8-15 Released

Philip from over at PSP China (http://bbs.pspchina.net/index.php) has released a new modified version of the great CN Reader (ive also added a v1.00 eboot file), heres whats new:

1. Added Vertical reading mode.
Change the "Reading mode" from "Horizontal" to "Vertical". Other controls remain the same.

2. Added wallpaper support
Supported file format: BMP, PNG @ 256 colors
How to use: 1. Set "Use background" to "Yes"; 2. Browse to the picture you would like to use, then press circle.
