need help finding old game

i don't think this is the right place to be posting this but is anyone familiar with an old sega genesis game from the 90's i remember it and i want to play it but i cant remember the name all i know is that you play as a caveman in prehistoric times I've been searching but i have found nothing.

the resaon i am asking is because i want to place it on my psp's sega emulator

Hooray, hiring just about every game my local video store had back in the 16 bit days finally pays off. :)

I love the title of that other one though, caveman ninjas.
