Why not give it a shot. Even if it wasnt full speed it would give sega cd on dreamcast. Also i think its open source right.

The PSP version uses the same code as GP2X, but has ARM specific code replaced with generic C, hence it performs worse than GP2X version, but is still able to run some games fullspeed with no frameskip.
