With a whole continent of people stuck with 2.0, that's just going to push the hackers into 5th gear to hack/exploit the 2.0.

The thing is is that I would imagine the vast majority of people who buy psp's have little or no interest in modding or using emu's so 2.0 isn't a bad thing for them at all. As with all the other versions I am sure it will eventually get 'cracked'.
