The figures for console sales in Japan this time around take big hits, shown below:


Nintendo Wii: 63,504
Playstation Portable: 53,373
Nintendo DS Lite: 50,151
Playstation 3: 14,060
Playstation 2: 9,634
Xbox 360: 2,001

Wii drops roughly 15,000, DS Lite drops 12,000 and is knocked back to 3rd place and is overtaken by the PSP, whose sales decrease by around 6,000. PS3 goes down 3,600, PS2 dips at about 1,500 and Xbox 360 by 197.
