The Simpsons Arcade Game

Has any coder begun/finished working on an emulator that will run The Simpsons Arcade Game yet? I thought that after TMNT that would be one of the priority #1 games to get working.

Well, there's MAME for PC.
I think that someone emulated TMNT 1989 and Simpsons Arcade on Dreamcast.
