Okay i found this interesting program for the dc i havent checked it out only cause i have one disk nor do i know if this program is legal so if its not i know one of you ops can lock this post but the reason the why i am bringing this tool to the forum is cause of people like me who download homebrew games that only work on 60htz tvs like the interesting fenix games that i never got to try out cause its 60htz here is the site where this interesting program lays and let me know if it works for homebrew games that are 60htz it does explain it works for 2 games but its worth a try once again i am sorry if this leads anywhere to illegal and if so delete the post

Fenix only works on 60 hz TV's? I thought Fenix was PAL only. I know it doesn't work on my NTSC television.

on the site it said something about converting games from 60htz to 50htz i am not sure commercial or homebrew or both also that is the reason why i am not to sure if the file is legal or illegal i just wanted someone to test out the nifty file and see if it could convert fenix from 60htz to 50htz if possible not angry just wondering

btw, i thought all ntsc tv were 60hz and old pal were 50hz, now all new pal tvs can run at 50hz or 60hz
