Anyone have "Burnout Legends Soundtrack Tag Editor v2"?

For those who don't know what it is, the application allows you to edit the track names in Burnout Legends for PSP. It used to be available here (http://www.knalle.dk/forums/BurnTag2.exe), but the link has been dead for some time. I have version 1.1 but if someone could upload 2.0 you would make my day.
