Can I use the gps.txt file recored in Mapthis to sync with the photos and import the GPS data into the Exif of the photos so that I can upload to those Web Album such as www.locr.com?

I think you'll be better off, creating a new POI every time you take a picture, and then using the gps coordinates from the POI file for your pictures..
