Changing the Wavs for buttons

How exactally do I go about setting new sounds for the psp for when I hit left/right, up/down, and press x/o?

I've been trying to figure this out all day. I bricked my psp three times trying to do it and now I just want help.

Um, no? That's retarded..?

And you can't change sounds to things that don't make sound. If you're talking about the XMB, opening_plugin.rco is for bootsounds and system_plugin_fg.rco is for XMB click sounds.
