Having taken a long break, the Chinese Poison returned to the scene with his CXMB, plugin to load alternative themes without writing anything in the Psp flash0. And then with the total absence of possible brick console.

Notes installation CXMB for 3.90M33:

Thanks Red_Squirrel for tracking and guidance.

Quote:
- Copy the folder in CXMB Root Memory Stick.

- Through a Psar Dumper extract (and decrypted!) The following files dall'eboot of 3.90: paf.prx, common_gui.prx and vshmain.prx.
- Enter the three files in the folder inside the folder SUPPORT CXMB.
- Check out an unofficial theme for CF 3.90M33 and put it into folders respectively FONT VSH and that always found in the CXMB (as with previous versions).
- Once activated by the plugin cxmb.prx Recovery, the PSP and restart Windows automatically creates a file called Default.ctf in the PSP / THEME (it will take a few minutes, so do not be afraid if you start the PSP screen impalla black, the important thing is that led Power and MS flash!).

- V will get new custom theme!

Yes finally a new version of CXMB. People will flash new freaking nice themes on their 3.90 without risk.

I'm not sure which version I'm using but I'll just upload my file so you can try it on yours. I have a old 3.71 theme and it sets it on my 3.90 M33 just fine.

can this be used to run the cool themes with the flashy fx's in a slim with m33-390 firmware?

I already copied the 3 prx from my flash 0.

So is there a program that can just decrypt those 3 individual files without need to get them by using psar dumper which dumps the whole set.

If you're on about which of the two attachments, the one with 390 in the filename, obviously.

Works fine here... using 3.90 m33-2. Although they've been converted, some parts don't work or some fonts don't show but I guess it's still a WIP so i'm not worried. Glad us slim users can finally use CXMB's not workable before and no touching the flash too ^^
