I am not sure. - Wouldn't that mean that Alcohol120%, DiscJuggler and CDRecord would be against the rules also ?

The first two would be if you posted links to the full versions and not trial/demo versions.

Well, that's obvious I think. But Eazyboot is freeware and we allowed discussion in the past.

Eazyboot's main purpose is to boot pirated software, I don't think we ever allowed discussion of it.

I haven't used Eazyboot yet and no, we actually haven't sat down and talked about it; but if I remember correctly there were quite a few occasions where the author of Eazyboot posted about new versions here.

So that's why I thought it would be no problem.

Hmm i need to find my old nxdoom collections that I made. I think some of the wolfendooms worked in nxdoom. Also goldeneye doom. I don't think they are in this collection. Also Hacx doom is pretty awesome.

There are alot of cool doom mods that this collection is missing. Maybe I'll upload mine, i never got a chance to test all the mods I had on my collection.

It's strange when I look at his modlist structure it's in a different order than mine were. He also didn't include a save game extension so each mod gets saved to a different place.

I think my collection is better than his, I just never got a chance to bug test the entire pack. If people are interested I'll upload it so others can try it out.

Ok sorry for being dense about this...

But let me get this straight.

I have already used DoomDC before.

So there are 4 files here.

You download them all and uncompress them into one folder.

You put the doom2 wad into that one file.

Make a .cdi and burn it with bootdreams...

And I get to play new doom levels on my DC???

Is that how this is gonna work?

Sorry I am just really stupid today.

Thanks.

4 burn the .cdi file with 120 ALCOHOL selecting RAW DAO.

NP, XDelusion :)

Blandco: I recommend nxDoom instead of DoomDC. Also you probably could try the new DreamEdge port by Chui. :)

He released it as part of the EmuForge compilation: http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=96302

And I get no credit for getting some of those WADs to work. Such as Quake DOOM where in the weapons would not align correctly. :/

Aghh well, at least my old web site was mentioned. It's a shame though that the server is always having issues now a days else I'd be rebuilding it as planned.
