The PlayStation Vita is no longer the only device that can stream PS4 games.
Kotaku (http://kotaku.com/you-can-now-remote-play-ps4-games-with-the-vita-tv-1577169401) reports that Sony's still Japanese-only Vita TV streaming device has added PS4 streaming to its repertoire using the same tech as is used in the dedicated handheld.
Vita TV got a lot of attention when it was unveiled in September (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/sony-reveals-playstation-vita-tv-microconsole/0120716) last year. Indeed, Sony admitted that interest from the West was greater than it had expected (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/sony-acknowledges-western-interest-in-vita-tv-greater-than-expected/0121466).
It went on to stress that while a European and American release is likely (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/ps-vita-tv-likely-to-get-western-release-sony-suggests/0121019), it will quite possibly adopt a different model (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/vita-tv-will-take-a-different-road-to-market-in-the-west/0125235)in these markets than was implemented in Japan.
However, while Vita TV's pre-release performance was impressive (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/ps-vita-tv-sold-out-on-amazon-japan/0120871), subsequent sales have not been, with the unit routinely selling south of 1,000 units per week (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/3ds-games-dominate-japanese-top-ten/0132388) in Japan.
