2 UMD Game Coming Soon

Clannad is another popular love adventure series from Key in Japan and Prototype is porting the game to PSP, together with the Xbox 360 version announced earlier. In order to fit in all the content from PC, complete with full voice and new CGs, two UMDs are required for the game. Other PSP specific features include transferring of music data to the memory stick for faster loading and support for 16:9 video aspect ratios. Dengeki Online has a few screens from the game, check them out here. Prototype has ported a couple of Key’s adventure games to the PSP before, they are AIR and Kanon.

Clannad has no release date yet and is price at 6,090 Yen (around $59).

There is already 4 games with 2UMD in PSP and 1 game with 3 UMD's

The 4 games of Minna no Golf (serie Jyou) have 2 UMD's

And Sora no Kiesky (an classic RPG) hace 1 UMD in the first chaper and 2 UMD in second chapter, its 1 game itself

I'm pretty sure Sora no Kiesky (part of Legend of heroes saga) was released in the US
