I think emulation or emulating is when someone created a game which is a replicat of a game previously brought out on a games consel or different system.

Which means I would be an emulator if I created/replicated a game like turok evolution or any other consel game which worked on the PC.

I think ???

Please tell me if im wrong..

Emulation is making one machine act like another in order to run that machines software or just for the sake of it. What you describe would be making a clone of a game, if you were to make something to make the PC run a console version that would be emulation

Hmmm, you're hardly an 'XBoxLord' if you don't even know what emulation is.

I'm not having a go, its just that I dont think people should give themselve's names that suggest they are something that they aren't.

I think I will change my name to 'PendanticBugger'. *:D

If you don't know what 'Pedantic' means click here-

Maybe you should check out the XBox emulation scene, theres some great stuff available!

Anyway Screen names are trite, flaming is a moot point and every body has questions. *a debate only happens when people listen.

my favorite big word is DEFENSTRATION not defecation. though i've only found the word in an old webster and not since.

Defenstration? You mean throwing things out of a window?

BTW

defenestration isn't in the English dictionary. * So throw out your yankee-redneck dictionary and get a proper one, so you can speak proper English like what I does. * ;)
