Little problem I Need Help For!

Well, I finally managed to get homebrew running on my Wii, problem is when I loaded up an emulator (snes9gx) it ran all well and good but I can't control it, My wii remote won't work with it nor will my GC controller or virtual console controller. Anyhelp will be appreciated.

Bump, I hate doing this but, this problem has still been eluding me since I first made this thread :(

Can anyone else happily use thier wii or gamecube controller when running gamecube homebrew on the wii?

I thought it was only me who couldn't get it to work....I can't get anything to work either :(

Genplus is the only thing and it won't load ROMs. It has GC pad support though.
