Details:

Slim PSP TA-085 running on CF 3.71-2
Custom Theme: Black Smiley 3.71-2 by blessedhands
Memory Stick : Gamer Pro SanDisk 256mb and 2GB
Desktop OS : Win XP SP2 Latest Updates + NOD32
Plugins : No, I don't use any plugins in XMB or Recovery Menu

Issues I can't FIX in any possible way I know:

- UMD/ISO game runs OK but when pressed HOME button I can see exit screen but NOT CONFIRM "YES"
When try pressing D-Pad Left I can hear game example : Lumines, its like when pressing Home button PSP
don't respond propetly (PAUSE game) and still run application when display Exit Screen.
a. If I lock buttons and relase then I can choice YES & Exit to XMB
b. If I decide back to game same issue - unable to
choice YES and Exit to XMB when pressing Home butt.

- In XMB Menu I can't change my nick.
Keyboard appears for 1s and dissapear (always)
If I lock buttons will stay until I unlock then will dissapear
- I can't use WiFi - impossible to input password
- VSH Menu responds for changes like CPU 222,333
but when go to Restet Option or Exit It will freeze system, I found out if I put to sleep mode and back
PSP will work just fine and VSH menu will dissapear.

How this is happends?

It happends just today. I was checking some PSX games converted on my home PC and realized I can't
go to XMB / Change Screen Size etc.

What I've done so far:

- Reset Settings in XMB
- Check XMB Settings (ALL)
- Backup Flash0
- Format Flash 0,1,2,3
- Pandora Battery dump NAND memory (67MB) & Restore later as well after Formating Flash
- Update to CF 3.80-5
- Update to CF 3.90-2
- Update to Sony 3.80 and 3.90
- Format Flash0 in Recovery Menu
- Refresh all options/settings and check in Recovery Menu
- Run Key Cleaner v1.4 by Chilly Willy

... Diagnostic: PSP Slim TA-085
... Analyze Keys : All Keys OK

- Check for bad block using:

NandTool v0.2 and 0.3beta (using *.elf in Pandora Battery not XMB)

... Bad Block Check
block: 4096 of 4096
Done, 0 bad block(s) found

Please help me if someone can.
Thank you.
