PSP Slim Homebrewing

Hiya,

I just got a Silver Slim PSP a few days ago, and I want to try to get homebrew apps running on it.

I don't have access to another homebrew-ready PSP.

Can I still homebrew, without having to buy something like a Pandora battery?

search youtube, you can open your battery and push up a certain pin, and that makes it a pandora battery, than you just put the proper files on the memory stick (search the internet for that) and you can make a homebrew psp, this is the video i used to change my phat battery to a pandora:
