Hello everyone, as you can see, I am new here.

I was just wondering what the best hardware to start running homebrew on the NDS was.

ALSO I wanted to know if most of the flash carts are in Mbit format or MByte format, if they are in the Mbit format, what does that translate into megabytes.

Also, what is the best method of passing files to the DS?

EDIT: removed rule violation.

all backup discussion isn't allowed here, read the rules of the site before posting again.

I fixed it and I read the rules and I'm not challenging you, don't get me wrong but, I wasn't asking HOW to run it, I was asking for the best means to do so is (like a ps2/xbox modchip.)

from what ive been told the best way to get homebrew on the DS without flashing it is to use a passme and supercard

Supercard also seems to be the biggest and cheapest solution.

EDIT: should I get "PassMe GBC Complete"? if so, how do I use it? I can't get any info on it.
