THQ has announced that a sequel to its Homefront FPS is in the works which will be produced by Crytek.
The Crysis creator picks up development duties for the second instalment in the war franchise, after Kaos Studios produced the first game. This was released back in March on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
The yet-to-be-named sequel will be released in THQ’s fiscal 2014 on consoles and PC. It is set in the year 2027 after the US has been crippled by the fictional Greater Korean Republic.

Warner Interactive has confirmed that the PC version of Batman: Arkham City will not be released alongside the console versions on October 18^th. Instead, it will now be released some time in November.
No reason was given for the delay.
Warner has previously confirmed that Arkham City will support both stereoscopic and anaglyphic 3D. A range of different pre-order bonuses are available to consumers

Square Enix unveiled Vita RPG Lord Of Apocalypse shortly before last week's Tokyo Game Show kicked off. For some reason it declined to mention that Hidetaka "Swery" Suehiro, creator of quirky 2010 adventure Deadly Premonition, is the game's director.
Siliconera reports that Square Enix is developing Lord Of Apocalypse in collaboration with Suehiro's studio, Access Games, with the game set to launch in Japan alongside Vita on December 17.

According to Joystiq, Ubisoft's initial shipment of Assassin's Creed: Revelations for PlayStation 3 will also include the 2007 original. Ubisoft has just confirmed that the offer applies to the European, as well as the North American, release of the game.
