Capcom legend Keiji Inafune has announced Kaio, an action-RPG for 3DS from his new studio Intercept.
Andriasang reports that Kaio - which translates as Sea King - has multiplayer support and a pirate setting, though the main character is a penguin. Its western name is King Of Pirates.
The game is being developed by Intercept in collaboration with Marvelous AQL, the newly formed company comprising Marvelous Entertainment, AQ Interactive and Liveware, and will be released in Japan next

Microsoft has dated its first DLC for recent release Gears of War 3.
Called The Horde Command Pack includes three extra maps for use in the online multiplayer Horde Mode. Also included are four Fortification upgrades, three new MP characters and two new weapon skins.

Capcom's Resident Evil Revelations will be released in Europe on January 27, Nintendo has announced.
