The PlayStation Vita version of Resistance has been given a subtitle. From now on keep your eyes peeled for 'Resistance: Burning Skies'.

The title was revealed only moments ago during Sony's GamesCom conference in Cologne.

Developers from Nihilistic Software then took to the stage to show off the handheld version of Resistance, emphasising that the controls on the Vita are the same as on the console.

The difference is that Vita makes use of touch to throw grenades (should you choose to use it) and secondary fire, along with the Sixaxis controls, which are used to peek over cover.
