505 Games has scooped up a publishing deal dropped by the woe-beset THQ.
Adidas miCoach was to be published by the studio, but when the game did not launch, the sportswear firm sued the publisher for $10 million.

The case was settled out of court, giving Adidas the right to take their game elsewhere, and reimbursing THQ for development costs.
MiCoach was developed by UK studio Lighting Fish Games, and will be released on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 this summer.
"Working with Adidas on bringing this game to market provides a very exciting and immediate opportunity," Tim Woodley, head of global brands at 505 Games told Games Industry International.
